I had booked via the Caesars Reward app and had a room Nobu comped/no resort fees. While in Vegas I did not hear from a host during my stay. The sender's title is Player Development Executive, Casino Marketing for Caesars. I just got an email with subject 'Thank you from a host at Caesars Palace'. I took a 3 year break and am now at Diamond Plus after a trip to Vegas last December.
